Our process is split into 3 stages:

Identification
We will take time to understand you, your organisation, your objectives and your culture. We will put together a client brief and will prepare an assignment brief. We will identify candidates via research, networking and possibly advertising.

Attraction
We are fully aware that when we go out into the marketplace we are representing your brand. We therefore ensure that all the materials we provide to the candidates are of the highest quality; and we brief them fully on your organisation and its future direction, as well as the job role. We will market your company and the job role to the candidates in an honest and professional way. However, we will never over-sell a candidate to you, or you to a candidate. We understand the importance of honesty and integrity.

Retention
This is an area that is often overlooked. Very often a recruiter will place a candidate and will then move onto the next assignment. At GKI Resourcing we believe in building the psychological contract between you, your organisation and the candidate. We can put in place a programme that helps the candidate adjust to the changes that are due to come, enabling them to be more effective as soon as they join, helping you receive a faster return on your investment.
